The breakfast was delicious and fulfilling, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. the hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. the location was easily accessible to some important landmarks and shopping areas. Another advantage was the efficient room service that was available at all times.
The overall experience was quite disappointing. the soundproofing in the hotel was terribly inadequate, which made it impossible to sleep with the loud noise from other guests and outside the hotel.

The hotel had a reasonable price for a good quality service. The room decoration was very pleasant and the sound isolation worked wonderfully. The staff at reception was really helpful and they were always ready to arrange everything we requested. , the waiters at the restaurant were very kind and spoke good English, which helped a lot during the stay. Another advantage was the quick service.
The hotel was located in an area that wasn't very good for enjoying the city after work. the environment surrounding was not pleasant at all.

The surroundings of the hotel may not be the best, but the room itself was neat and tidy. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff was courteous and friendly, always ready to assist. the price was reasonable, and the service was quick.
The pool was not operational, and the restaurant was average at best, but advertised as something special.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were quick to solve any issues I had, such as providing dinner when there was a power outage. The room was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant had delicious food, and the staff spoke good English. this hotel provided great value for the price.
No negatives from this place.

The facilities were apt and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The breakfast provided was decent and satisfying. I particularly appreciated the quick and helpful assistance at the reception, as well as the kind staff at the restaurant who spoke good English.
One drawback of the stay was the poor location of the hotel, with constant traffic congestion on the surrounding roads and a very poor approach road. when we booked a room with an extra bed for three people, we were given a very thin mattress on the floor which was of no use.
